🎉 Happy Birthday, Minister Sterling Bailey! 🎉

Today we celebrate a young man who faithfully serves by helping teach our Young Adult classes, investing in the next generation, and being a powerful influence in the lives of our youth.

His smile is contagious, his servant’s heart is evident, and his commitment to seeing lives changed for the glory of God is truly inspiring. We are grateful for the countless seeds he has sown and the impact he continues to make in the Kingdom.

Minister Sterling, thank you for being such an incredible gift to the Body of Christ. May this new year bring you abundant blessings, favor, strength, and joy beyond measure. We celebrate you today and thank God for your life!

With deep sorrow and abiding faith in God’s promise, Refuge Nation Church announces the passing of Mother Thelma Works, a beloved and devoted member of our ministry family.

Mother Works served faithfully for many years as the leader of our Hospitality & Bereavement Committee. Her hands were never idle: whether she was preparing meals for members who were ill, baking for church events, coordinating floral arrangements for grieving families, organizing our annual cookouts, visiting seniors, or quietly serving behind the scenes at every gathering.

Service was not simply something she did, it was who she was. Her life exemplified compassion, excellence, and unwavering commitment to the body of Christ. Her mission was to serve, and that mission was truly accomplished.

“Well done, thou good and faithful servant…enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.” — Matthew 25:21 (KJV)

We ask the Refuge Nation Church family and extended community to continue lifting her loved ones in prayer during this difficult time.
