🌷 Blessed to Carry the Promise 🌷
In Luke 1:39–57 (CEB), we meet Mary and Elizabeth—two people who said yes to God’s movement in their lives and discovered that their gifts, faith, and encouragement mattered in ways they could never have imagined.
Their story reminds us that ministry doesn’t grow through perfect people or perfect plans—it grows when people recognize the gifts God has already placed within them and offer those gifts in service to others.
At Central, we believe God is still calling us to carry promises into our community. That means asking meaningful questions:
✨ What gifts has God given me?
✨ What burdens or needs in our community stir my heart?
✨ How might God be inviting me to serve, lead, welcome, teach, pray, encourage, create, or connect?
Every gift matters. Every act of faithfulness matters. Every person has a place in God’s work.
As we seek to grow ministry at Central and strengthen our presence in Hampton, may we discern boldly, serve joyfully, and trust that God can do extraordinary things through ordinary people who say yes.
“My soul magnifies the Lord…” — Luke 1:46 (CEB)
🌱 What gift might God be inviting you to share this season?
See you Sundays at 10 AM. All are welcome, come as you are.
