Arlene Jon ( Nyabigoa Jon) September 2024
Below was the message I wrote on behalf of our community in September 2024.

It is a heartbreaking 💔 news to all Nuer Christians here in the States and around the world 🌎 to hear the departure of our dear beloved sister, mother, advocator, ambassador and disciples of the gospel Nyabigoa Jon. She had transformed our country and our villages into a Christian community. Through her missionary work, my mother and the rest of many deacons where able to start their walks with the lord because of the training she had provided.
Today, Nasir in South Sudan 🇸🇸 became the first county that produced Christian leaders in the country🇸🇸. Not only that, people of Nasir became missionaries to their neighbors. This doesn’t happened without the contributions of Nyabigoa Jon. Her dream for the mission field was real!! Without her coming to Nasir, I would not have done what I am doing today. I am now working as the missionary among my South Sudanese in North America 🇺🇸. Not only that, I am the founder and CEO of the organization that helps orphans and widows.( African Relief Ministries) This ministry also equipping pastors and preparing them for their ministry work in their local communities in both Ethiopia 🇪🇹 and South Sudan 🇸🇸.
I am mentioning all of this background because of how Nyabigoa contributed to our community as South Sudanese.
We will dearly missed her!! Here legacy will always remain in our hearts forever. She will be remembered from generations to generations. While I am writing this note, God has given me an idea about how we can Build a Riverside Health Training Center for the remembering of her legacy.
My organization African Relief Ministries would take initiative and we can help the people of Nasir again.
Nasir was completely destroyed due to the current conflict in South Sudan 🇸🇸. However, if we can build a health center for her name as a way to remember her contribution, it will encourage the faith of many that she touched their lives.
All in all, we lost a true spiritual leader who used her time wisely here on earth 🌍 by sharing the gospel to the world 🌎 around her.
To the family, relatives and friends here in America, we are mourning with you and we wanted to let you know that Nasir community is mourning with you.
When I met her at the airport in AddisAbaba Ethiopia 🇪🇹, my heart ❤️ was overflowing with joy and I felt like I wanted to cry, simple because of how much my mother used to talk about the good things she has done.
Wow!! I wish there will be more Nyabigoa who can follow the same footsteps!!!!!

Distribution of 20,000 Life of Christ Books in Gambella, Ethiopia

On this special day, we were blessed with the opportunity to distribute 20,000 copies of the Life of Christ book, translated into the Nuer language, to churches representing various denominations in Gambella, Ethiopia. Many Christians were overjoyed and deeply grateful to receive these books.
As many of us know, access to Bibles has become increasingly difficult in our communities. Therefore, providing these books in the Nuer language is a significant blessing. The Life of Christ book serves as a valuable spiritual resource, helping believers learn more about the life, teachings, and ministry of our Lord Jesus Christ. Because of its accessibility and portability, people can carry these books wherever they go, read them regularly, and share the message of Christ with others. We pray that these books will strengthen faith, transform lives, and bring many people closer to God.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Plus Nothing for partnering with African Relief Ministries (A.R.M) and providing the support necessary to translate, transport, and distribute these books to our Christian brothers and sisters in Gambella, Ethiopia, as well as to the surrounding refugee communities. Your generosity and commitment to spreading the Gospel have made a lasting difference in the lives of many people.
May God richly bless Plus Nothing, African Relief Ministries, and everyone who contributed to making this mission possible. May the Lord continue to guide A.R.M., strengthen its leadership, and provide the resources needed to advance His work and spread the Gospel to communities in need.
May the Word of God continue to reach hearts, transform lives, and bring hope to generations to come!
With gratitude and prayers,
