This Sunday, we lift our eyes beyond ourselves and marvel at the vastness of God’s creation. From the stars and planets to the world we call home, all creation points us toward the Creator whose glory fills the heavens.

As we begin the Season of Creation, join us for Universe Sunday as we celebrate the wonder of the cosmos, listen for God’s voice in creation, and give thanks for the light and love of Christ that shines into our world.

On this first day of a new school year, pray with us for those returning to the classroom.

God of wisdom and wonder,

Go with our students into every classroom, conversation, and challenge today. Open their hearts to learn and grow — give them curious minds, courage to ask questions, and joy in discovering something new. Bless the teachers, parents, and caregivers who guide them. Be our strong foundation, and help us all seek truth, be kind, and choose love.
