First Christian Church Hagerstown First Christian of Hagerstown, Maryland is a Disciples of Christ Congregation. You are welcome in worship at 10:00 AM on Sunday Mornings.

We have Sunday School for All Ages. Since 1875, First Christian Church has been a faith community in Hagerstown focused on the worship of God, the study of Scripture, prayer, theological diversity, hospitality, and reaching out in service in the name of God and Jesus Christ. We warmly receive the uniqueness of everyone as it adds to the diversity of our congregation and enriches us all as we learn

more about love, life and God within the bonds of sacred community. The only creed we hold is a firm belief in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. We invite you to use this site as a way to find out more about our vibrant congregation. 2026 Regional Assembly at Michigan Park from Thursday, October 15th through Saturday, October 17th

The business meeting will be held on Friday, October 16th at 1:00 PM

"VOTING DELEGATES"

Each congregation is entitled to four voting representatives, one of whom shall be under 21 years of age. Each congregation is also entitled to one additional voting representative for each 100 participating members above 50, and one additional voting representative under 21 for each 250 participating members above 250, as reported in the last Yearbook of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). All ministers with standing in the Region have full voting rights. Congregations may name alternates to replace designated voting representatives who are unable to attend.
