Attention members … help needed…
This year, we are planning an alternative to our traditional VBS. Instead of a three-day event, we are looking to hold a special Saturday afternoon event on August 8 from 2:00–4:00 p.m.
The event will be a Wacky Water Olympics Day, featuring water games, obstacle courses, snacks, and a devotional time. To make this event a success, I am looking for volunteers to help with:
Event setup and cleanup
Leading or assisting with games
Preparing and serving snacks
Supervising the obstacle course station
If you are available to volunteer, please let Amanda know by Monday, June 22, so I can begin advertising the event to the community.
