What has God placed in your handsā€”and what are you doing with it? In Matthew 25:14ā€“30, Jesus tells the story of servants entrusted with their masterā€™s possessions, reminding us that biblical stewardship is not about comparing what we have with someone else, but being faithful with what God has given us.
In Week 3 of A Heart Built for the Kingdom, weā€™ll discover how our time, abilities, resources, relationships, influence, and opportunities can all be used for Godā€™s purposes. One day, the King will return, and the goal isnā€™t to be the most impressive stewardā€”itā€™s to be a faithful one.
Donā€™t bury what God has placed in your hands. Use it for His Kingdom.

More food? Absolutely. More money for youth? Obviously. Fix the AC? PLEASE. And Pastor Mikeā€¦ maybe a little less sweating? šŸ¤£

All jokes aside, these kids sure do love their pastor, and so do we! šŸ§” Thank you, Pastor Mike, for loving, leading, and pouring into the next generation. We appreciate you more than you know!

God didnā€™t call us to simply receive His goodness. He called us to let it flow through us so others can experience His love, too.

What a beautiful Sunday at FBC Groveland! šŸ§”

Today was extra special as Pastor Mike had the opportunity to baptize a dear friend from Pensacola David! What a sweet reminder of how God continues to move and change lives. šŸ™ŒšŸ¼šŸ«¶šŸ»

We also spent time in Acts 1:8, being reminded that we are called to be witnesses for Jesus, starting right where God has planted us and reaching to the ends of the earth. So often, we take for granted the very places God has planted us. But our neighborhoods, workplaces, schools, and communities are our mission fields!

Church, the world needs Jesus, and we have the privilege of telling them about Him. šŸ§”

So hereā€™s your challenge this week: Donā€™t just be the light on Sunday. Go BE the light every day. Tell someone about Jesus!

So thankful for a church family that loves Jesus, serves faithfully, and has a heart for reaching the lost. What a beautiful day in Godā€™s house! ā›ŖļøšŸ§”

God has entrusted us with far more than possessions, He has entrusted us with the gospel. In Acts 1:8, Jesus calls His followers to be His witnesses, empowered by the Holy Spirit to carry the good news from where they are to the ends of the earth. In week two of A Heart Built for the Kingdom, weā€™ll discover that biblical stewardship means making everything God has placed in our hands available for His purposes. Our time, gifts, resources, relationships, influence, and lives can all be used to advance His Kingdom.
The question isnā€™t simply, ā€œWhat has God given me?ā€ but ā€œHow can what God has given me be used for His mission?ā€

It All Belongs to Him
1 Chronicles 29:10ā€“18
Stewardship begins long before we talk about moneyā€”it begins with recognizing who owns it all. In 1 Chronicles 29, David reminds God's people that everything they possess ultimately comes from the hand of God. Our time, abilities, relationships, resources, and even our very lives have been entrusted to us by Him. In the opening message of A Heart Built for the Kingdom, we'll discover how surrendering ownership changes the way we live, give, serve, and invest in eternity.
When we realize it all belongs to Him, we can finally learn to live with open hands.
