Sometimes the interruption IS the invitation. 🧔

Today Pastor Mike reminded us through the woman at the well that Jesus has a way of meeting us right in the middle of our ordinary, interrupting our plans, our routines, and even our expectations, not to derail us, but to change us.

And what a beautiful picture of that transformation we got to witness today through baptism! šŸŒŠšŸ™ŒšŸ¼

When Jesus interrupts your life, don’t miss Him. He may be leading you straight into something NEW.

Interrupted. Changed. Made new. āœļø

What if following Jesus means allowing Him to interrupt the way we love?

In John 13:34–35, Jesus gives His disciples a new standard: ā€œJust as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.ā€ Jesus calls us beyond convenient, comfortable love into a love that serves, sacrifices, and reflects Him to the world.

In this message, we’ll discover how the love of Christ interrupts our preferences, reshapes our relationships, and becomes one of the clearest ways the world can see that we belong to Jesus.
Loved by Christ. Transformed by Christ. Loving like Christ. Revealing Christ.

What do you do when you’ve prayed, trusted, and obeyed, but God still seems to be saying, ā€œWaitā€?

Isaiah 40 reminds us that waiting on the Lord is not passive inactivity. Biblical waiting is an active posture of faith, trusting God’s character, promises, and timing even when we cannot see what He is doing.
In this message, we discover that God has not forgotten us in the waiting. He does not grow tired, He has not lost control, and He gives strength to the weary. Sometimes He gives us strength to soar. Sometimes He gives us strength to run. And sometimes His grace simply gives us the strength to keep walking.

The question isn’t only, ā€œWhat are you waiting for?ā€ but ā€œWho are you trusting while you wait?ā€

Sundays like this. 🧔

Today we were reminded that following Jesus means having a heart willing to say ā€œYes, Lordā€, even when His answer isn’t the one we wanted to hear.

His will over ours. His way over ours. His plans over ours.

And what a beautiful picture of obedience today as we celebrated new life through baptism, sweet fellowship, and the next generation learning about Jesus. 🌊

We’re so thankful for what God is doing at FBC Groveland. The best is yet to come! 🧔

In a world filled with competing voices, how do we recognize the voice that matters most? In 1 Samuel 3:1–21, Samuel learns to recognize the voice of God while Eli and his sons reveal the danger of becoming spiritually dull to what God has said.

In this message, ā€œSpeak, Lord,ā€ we’ll examine the voices of culture, others, self, and God—and ask a challenging question: Which voice has the final word in your life?

Hearing God is about more than receiving information; it is about responding in obedience. God has spoken through His Word, and the question is not simply, ā€œIs God speaking?ā€ but ā€œAm I listening—and am I willing to obey?ā€

There’s just something special about women gathering together. šŸ«¶šŸ»

This morning was filled with sweet conversations, new friendships, laughter, encouragement, and a beautiful reminder that God never intended for us to walk through life alone.

Community matters. Showing up matters. Sitting around the table together matters. We are called to celebrate together, pray together, carry one another’s burdens, and continually point each other back to Jesus. šŸ¤

Thank you to every woman who joined us this morning and to the incredible ladies who poured their hearts into making today possible. We are so grateful for what God is building among the women of our church.

Different ages. Different seasons. One table. One community. One Jesus. 🧔 See you tomorrow at 10:30!

Some battles aren’t won by fighting harder, they’re won on our knees. šŸ™šŸ»

Prayer isn’t our last resort. It’s our first response. Whatever you’re facing today, take it to the One who has already overcome. 🧔

Fight your battles through prayer.
