Jesus said in John 15:13, ‘There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.’ Today we are thankful for that kind of sacrifice, and we also remember that in a world marked by loss, grief, and brokenness, our hope is ultimately found in Christ.

As you hear these words, I hope you will be challenged, but also encouraged. Following Christ was never promised to be easy, but even in the midst of hardship and opposition, we can remain confident that God is faithful and present with us through it all.
