We are back from a great week at Kids Camp!
The fun is not over because our kids, youth, adults, and meal meet all through the summer.
5:30 meal and 6:30 classes.

Sunday we will have names of adults and kids heading to kids camp May 25-29. Here are some ideas of how to pray for each participant.

Praying for Kids Camp

3-6th grade kids come to camp with all sorts of backgrounds. Kids come with hurts. Kids come with needs. Kids come with hunger for God. Kids come with apathy to the things of God. Kids come knowledgable of the Bible. Kids might open a Bible for the first time at camp.

Joshua 4 highlights the memorial stones taken from the Jordan river and arranged as a memorial for the work of the Lord on their behalf.
*Pray for camp to be a milestone in their journey with God. Camp is not everything but by the grace of God it can be a big piece of their journey.

How to pray for the Kids:
Pray that they would tune their ears and hearts to hear from God.
Pray that kids would be confronted with their sins and turn to God.
Pray for a hunger for God and his Word.
Pray for God to call kids to vocational ministry and missions.
Pray for comfort, healing, and peace wherever it is needed.

How to pray for the Adults:
Pray the same things as you do for the kids.
Pray they would have attentive hearts to attend to kids hearts.
Pray for energy, patience, and rest.

The speaker & worship team, to say nothing more or less than what God wants.
Pray for the Bible study leaders, to be confident in their Bibles and lessons.
Pray for the KCM’s (Kids Camp Missionaries) to connect with kids and have an active sense of God using them and giving them strength.

If you have 5 minutes:
Pray for the children and the sponsors by name.
If you have 10 minutes:
Contact your church leaders and ask for pray requests regarding camp.
If you have 30 minutes:
Write notes to as many attending camp as possible.
If you have 1 hour:
Prepare a treat for those attending.
