đŸŽ¶ Who’s still listening to the EMPOWER 2026 Playlist? đŸŽ¶

Be honest
has it made its way into your regular rotation?

We’ve been listening too, and every song has a way of bringing back memories... worshiping together, serving together, laughing together, praying together, and watching God move in incredible ways.

The amazing thing is those songs don’t just remind us of what God did
they remind us of what He’s still doing.

And the best part? We get to worship together again. EMPOWER: Worship - Sunday, October 18 - 6:00 PM

“Equipped, Not Empty”

One of the greatest lies we believe is that we don’t have enough. Not enough courage. Not enough knowledge. Not enough influence.

But Scripture reminds us: God has already given us everything we need for life and godliness.

You weren’t equipped at EMPOWER just to survive that week. You were equipped to live differently every day after.

Pulse Check: Are you living like someone who has been equipped by God?

We are hearing reports across Carter County of baptisms taking place and lives being surrendered to Christ in several of our local churches... and we want to stop and give God glory.

This is what we long to see: not a spotlight on one name, one place, or one “preference,” but the gospel of Jesus Christ advancing in our region through every Bible-preaching, Christ-exalting church.

The Kingdom of God was never meant to be centralized around us; it is always centered on Him. And when Jesus is lifted high, the Church is strengthened, the lost are found, and heaven rejoices.

So today we celebrate every baptism. Every decision. Every altar moment. Every church faithfully preaching the gospel in Carter County. This is not competition. This is Kingdom movement.

“To Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.” Ephesians 3:21

Carter County, may we continue to see Jesus move across every pulpit, every gathering, every believer boldly proclaiming His name.

đŸ”„THE DATE IS SET!đŸ”„

One of our favorite parts of EMPOWER has always been gathering together to worship Jesus. Those moments have challenged us, encouraged us, and reminded us that everything we do begins and ends with Him.

We made an announcement on Friday of Empower this year, and we’re so excited to officially announce the very first

“Immediate Forgetters”

James warns us about being people who hear the Word but immediately forget what we’ve seen. And if we’re honest
it’s easy. We leave the event. We go back home. Life gets busy. And slowly, the passion fades.

But what God starts, we have a responsibility to continue.
Don’t become someone who remembers the feeling but forgets the faithfulness.

One of the most powerful parts of EMPOWER is not always captured in a picture
 It’s what happens after.

Today we celebrate our 1824 group; many of whom were once middle and high school students attending EMPOWER, sitting in services, serving on projects, asking questions, growing in faith, and discovering what it means to follow Jesus. Now, they are the ones helping in leading. Planning. Organizing. Teaching. Serving. Investing. Sowing into the next generation. And this is exactly the heartbeat behind EMPOWER.

Ephesians 4 reminds us that Christ gave leaders and servants to equip the saints for the work of ministry. The goal was never simply to create an event. The goal was never just a week of service. The goal is transformation. The goal is disciples making disciples. The goal is seeing students encounter Jesus, grow deeper in Him, and one day turn around and pour that same investment into someone else.

And we want to pause and say this too: There are so many others who aren’t pictured here in this post: people who served, prayed, led, taught, sacrificed, and helped build the foundation of what EMPOWER is today. Their faithfulness matters, and their impact continues.

The greatest testimony of a ministry is not just what happens during the moment
It’s what continues long after. Our prayer is that the students serving this year will be the leaders, mentors, and disciple-makers investing into the next generation in the years ahead. And we cannot wait to see current students stepping into the plans God has for them to lead as well!

Discipled to disciple. Equipped to equip. Transformed to transform.

Empower Carter County Prayer Plan & Bible Study Guide

Empower week may be over, but what God started doesn’t end when the last project is finished, the last song is sung, or the last student goes home. The same Jesus who met us during Empower is the same Jesus walking with us every day after.

This Prayer Plan & Bible Study Guide is our invitation to keep going; to keep seeking, keep growing, and keep building a faith that lasts beyond a single week. Students, this is your challenge: don’t let the flame that God ignited in you during Empower fade when you return to your normal routines.

Keep opening God’s Word. Keep pursuing Jesus. Keep serving others. Keep encouraging each other. Keep being the hands and feet of Christ wherever you are. The mission didn’t end when Empower ended... it continues in your schools, your homes, your friendships, and your communities.

Let’s keep the fire burning.

EMPOWER: PULSE CHECK #1 "This Weekend, Did You Keep Going?”

EMPOWER wasn’t meant to be a moment we experienced and then moved past. It was never about one week. One service. One project. One emotional moment.

It was about transformation. The question isn’t just: "Did God move at EMPOWER?” The question is: "Did we keep moving with God after EMPOWER?”

The same Jesus we worshiped there is the same Jesus with us here. The same Spirit that challenged us there is the same Spirit calling us forward now.
