“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens:”
‭‭Ecclesiastes‬ ‭3‬:‭1‬ ‭NIV‬

This week in Sunday school, one class had a fun activity that we thought would be a good reminder for even the adults!

We each had 2 balloons and wrote something on each balloon that we spend time doing. Then collectively we had to keep all the balloons in the air by only using one finger. And if a balloon fell, we had to pick it back up. We learned how difficult it was to keep all of our time consuming activities going at once.

Our Main Lesson Point: “God can help us lead balanced lives.”

So, when we feel overwhelmed from being busy, we can pray and ask God to help us find the right priority to focus on. He helps us and shares our load.
