We will be joined by The Cardinal Chorale on Thursday, June 11, at 7:00pm in our Sanctuary! Our own John Stamper, who sings in the Sanctuary Choir, is a current participant in this group.

From their website, “Founded in 1995, The Cardinal Chorale is an elite ensemble of singers who have completed their first year of high school through their first year of college. They prepare for their season (July-June) with a Workshop at Muskingum University. Called “Choral Ambassadors of Hope” their mission is to uplift and inspire one song at a time.”

We hope you will come out and listen to some wonderful music performed by group of young people!

The church community choir will present Robert Ray's Gospel Mass on Sunday, June 7, at 6:00pm in our Sanctuary space.

There will be several soloist featured within the work as well as a few other choral selections. The choir, which has been working hard since February, is made up of musicians from the FUMC community and the surrounding Newark area.

We hope you will join us for this community gathering!

Today we celebrate Pentecost!

Today's sermon is "Grace, Faith, and the Holy Spirit" and comes from Acts 2:1-21.
