“Acknowledge those who work hard among you, who care for you in the Lord and who admonish you. Hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work.”

Lord, thank You for the pastors You’ve placed in our lives. Help us never take their faithfulness for granted. May we cover them in prayer as faithfully as they cover us.

As we near the end of our 31-Day Prayer Journey, today we’re praying for God’s direction, open doors, and continued favor over our entire pastoral staff and their families.

“Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this.”

Lord, guide our pastors into the days ahead. Open the right doors, give them clarity for every decision, and remind them that their future is secure in Your hands.

Today’s challenge: Send a pastor a word of encouragement about the difference they’re making and the opportunities God has ahead!
