FMC Grandview is a member of the Mid-Texas Annual Conference of the Global Methodist Church. The oldest congregation in Johnson County, First Methodist believes a church is more than a building. It's a community of Christ-followers seeking to learn from each other, care for each other, and share God's love with the world.

The week behind us was long, and the week ahead is busy. On this in-between Sabbath day, won’t you come? Come and rest. Come and worship. Come and pray. Come be sustained by God’s Word and fed at His Table. Come gather with His people and be refreshed. Thank you, Lord, for the privilege of worship in community! Let us never take it for granted.

The monthly community-wide Golden Zebras luncheon took place yesterday (always the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 11:30 AM) in the gymnasium at First Methodist Church of Grandview. After a delicious potluck luncheon and lots of fellowship, we played Bowling with Pumpkins.
We hope you join us on Tuesday, November 10th at 11:30 for our next potluck get-together. Next time, the potluck theme will be Non-Thanksgiving Foods, so please save the date and mark your calendar because we hope you will join us.

We hope you’ll join us for worship this morning for Bible study, prayer, praise, and the preaching of God’s word. Be a friend and bring a friend!
