SOCIAL TEACHINGS OF THE CHURCH

UNIT 3: FULFILLING OUR OBLIGATIONS TO GOD AND SOCIETY
God instructs His people to relate in particular ways to their friends, neighbors, family, governmental structures, and even the structured rhythm of their days. He cares about how they treat their bodies, what they consume, and how they use their time.
This quarter contemplates a kingdom perspective regarding our responsibilities, relationships, and commitments. Unit 1 explores the relationship between God's people and their neighbors inside and outside the church. Unit 2 examines the scope of the Christian life from its foundations in Jesus' resurrection to its application in the Christian household. And Unit 3 studies the mission of God’s people in life and society.
