It’s Testimony Tuesday tonight at CR with our own MattyB sharing his redemption story! From not wanting to live one more day to freedom through Jesus it’s one you don’t want to miss! If we continue to do things the same way, we should not expect a different outcome. Matty chose to do things differently than ever before and it radically changed his life!
If you are struggling with ANY life issue or addiction, please join us. Anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, loss, food struggles, relationship issues, lust, self worth or anything else, give us and God a chance! Do something different!
Celebrate Recovery is a 12-step, Christ-centered recovery program for ANYONE who has hurts, habits, or hang-ups. We use the 12 steps as a tool and speak truth that Jesus is the solution. A tool just like other people are a tool, church is a tool, counseling is a tool, Bible studies are a tool. Jesus is the only solution but He provides many tools and uses it all to bring people to Him! Whether you have substantial mountains to climb or just need some support and encouragement in your life, CR is the place for you.
Nothing changes if nothing changes!
Tonight, 6:30 at LifeChurch, 8 Elkins Rd, Gorham! Childcare provided.

Tonight, is Chip Club! We are excited to celebrate your recovery milestones with you! Let’s cheer each other on and continue to celebrate all God has done and continues to do!
At CR, we learn to heal. To move forward. To surrender and understand our hurts, habits and hang ups do not have to define us.
Also, Adam S will be sharing on Forgiveness. What that means in our recovery, in our lives and the importance of it.
Forgiveness doesn’t settle the question of blame, justice or fairness. But it does give us the chance to heal. If you don’t give and receive forgiveness in all of your life, your recovery will stall.
The goal of recovery (from anything) shouldn’t just be to stop the behavior. It should be an entire transformation in actions. A transformation from the inside out. That’s when you know there’s been real change and a true surrender with yourself to God. While giving up that certain negative behavior is vitally important, so is being renewed entirely. And that my friends, take a lot of on going work, building your relationship with Jesus and staying connected with others. We aren’t called to be perfect, just a bit better each day than we were the day before.
See you tonight. 6:30-8:15.

Blessings hit different when you remember what you went through to bring you where you are today. God is so good!
Tonight Danielle will be sharing her restoration story. Her experience, strength and hope! She has a powerful testimony, has overcome so much and continues to grow! Just a handful of years ago she didn’t know God and since has given Him her life. Why? Because HE is the answer! He is the solution!
God’s blessings are all around us however when we’re in the middle of a mess, chaos, trauma, dysfunction, it’s hard to truly see them and be grateful. We tend to focus on the things that are sabotaging us instead which is normal and natural. HOWEVER! God is doing so many things we know nothing about and we will be able to look back and see them! That’s what makes testimony nights so powerful. It’s a Jesus Restoration Story every time for our CR peeps!
Hope to see you there! You are not alone no matter what your journey looks like! Tonight, 6:30-8:15. 8 Elkins Rd, Gorham.

Sometimes the hardest part of healing is facing what we need to make right.
A quote: “Humility leads to strength and not to weakness. It is the highest form of self-respect to admit mistakes and to make amends for them.”
Tonight at Celebrate Recovery, Adam S. will be sharing on what it means to make amends and why this is such an important part of healing and recovery.
Making amends takes humility, honesty, and courage, but the freedom is worth it. It can help us release guilt, shame, and regret and replace them with peace, clarity, and healing.
You can’t change the past, but you can take responsibility for it and move forward in freedom. Trust us, all of our leaders have experienced this freedom and you can too! Because of Jesus there is freedom!

You don’t have to stay stuck forever. You do not have to do this life and recovery alone! One of the ways is to plug in, take a deep breath and walk through those doors tonight. Matty and I will be there to greet you! Join us tonight at Celebrate Recovery, 6:30pm, 8 Elkins Rd, Gorham. Free Childcare.

It’s Testimony Tuesday at Celebrate Recovery! Have you ever wondered, “Could God really do that for me?” When seeing someone’s life change or hear a testimony? The answer is YES! Hearing someone’s story is a reminder that no one is too far gone, no struggle is too strong, and no past is beyond redemption. The same God who brought him through is still moving, still restoring, and still writing stories of freedom today. There is hope for you too. Come out tonight and hear a powerful redemption story of hope, freedom, and God’s faithfulness.

If we look at the world, we’ll feel distressed.
If we only look within, we may feel discouraged.
But when we fix our eyes on Jesus, that’s where we find rest.
It all depends on where our focus is.
God can and will change your life.

You don’t have to walk this road alone. We welcome you with zero judgement! Come out tonight! 6:30 - 8:15PM, 8 Elkins Rd, Gorham. Free childcare.

We’ve got a story to write and it looks nothing like our past!
Is that not good news or what??!! Victory is always possible for the person who refuses to stop fighting.
Tonight at Celebrate Recovery, Kerrie Lee will be talking about having victory in our journeys and how to achieve victory.
Do you have victory in your life? Do you celebrate even the small improvements? If not, are you ready to make some changes? Are you ok where you’re at or are there some things that could improve? If you are human, there’s always improvements to be made!!
Faith is necessary for overcoming our hurts, habits and hang ups. If you say yes to Jesus and think you can win, you can win. Faith and perseverance leads to victory!!
God takes what the enemy meant for evil and turns it to good. He really does.
Are you feeling alone? Feeling abandoned, feeling discouraged? Come check out CR OR come back to CR starting tonight!!!

It’s Testimony Tuesday this week, July 21st at Celebrate Recovery!

Come out and hear Adam S as he shares his redemption story of what God has done is his life. It’s pretty powerful! We pray you’ll be strengthened in the Lords care today and this week. We pray you understand your value and how your past, your hurts and your mistakes do not define you! Decide today to do something different. To make one positive change! Maybe that change is coming back to CR or checking it out for the first time. It is a completely confidential meeting and you don’t have to share anything! God has good plans for all of us.

“Today I must make a choice to courageously take a chance or I will never experience change.”

We are here for you! You are not alone. Come see us this Tuesday, July 21st at Celebrate Recovery! 6:30-8:00. 8 Elkins Rd, Gorham. Free Childcare!

Celebrate Recovery this week, Tuesday, July 14th. There’s a place for you! No matter what you’re walking through right now, you don’t have to do it alone. There are people who care and most importantly, there is hope. Hope through Jesus.

This week, Adam L will be sharing on READY. Being “ready” doesn’t mean we have it all figured out, it means we’re willing. Willing to let God soften our hearts, willing to release the hurts we’ve been holding onto, and willing to trust Him to change us from the inside out. It’s in this surrender that true freedom begins.

Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here. CR is a safe place where people come together to find healing, freedom, and new life through Christ. And we take confidentiality very seriously. We are a community built on grace, truth, and the promise that God is always at work in our stories. Come as you are, this Tuesday, July 14th. 6:30-8:15, 8 Elkins Rd, Gorham. Free Childcare!

𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤, 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝟕𝐭𝐡!
No mess, no message. Recovery is all about allowing God to recycle our pain and use it for the benefit of others. We are excited to hear a powerful testimony for the first time! Come out and gain hope!
Matty, myself and our leaders are grateful for every path we’ve walked. They brought us to where we are today, and we truly love where we’re at now. Without the mess, we don’t grow. We don’t change. We don’t move toward something better. Without the hard moments, we wouldn’t cry out to God.
Be grateful, even in the middle of it. What God is bringing you through right now may become the very testimony that helps someone else make it through. There is always purpose in the pain.

Have faith that God is in it, working, refining, restoring. There is something powerful about being able to stand tall and say, “I fell apart… and I survived.” Thank You, Jesus 🙌 You are loved without judgement. Will we see you Tuesday? 8 Elkins Rd, Gorham. 6:30-8. Free Childcare!
