Maine Needs Fatima

Maine Needs Fatima We'll be having a rosary rally every month of May. thru Oct. in celebration of each apparition of Our Learn about the message Our Lady gave to all of us.

After 5 previous visitations by Our Blessed Mother, on October 13th, 1917, approximately 70,000 people gathered and witnessed a miracle in Fatima, Portugal. Today, over the next 6 months, thousands of individuals will join together across the country, to publicly pray the rosary to our Lady of Fatima. We cannot promise you that the sun will dance as it did 100 years ago, but we can promise you a w

arm welcome, and by faithfully and seriously praying the rosary, miracles WILL happen in your own lives. Join us each month as we pray the rosary publicly in front of Saint Annes Church in Gorham Maine.

Rosary Rally and Procession

Join us Saturday July 20th, 2024 at 12:00pm at St. Gregory The Great Church for a Rosary Rally and Procession with the Fatima statue.
We invite all to join us as we commemorate the Fatima Apparitions with the Statue of Our Lady of Fatima. We’ll start at the front lawn of Saint Gregory The Great Church in Gray Maine with a procession on the property. Parents, Kids, Friends, everyone is welcome to participate!
Be a part of history as we publicly pray the Rosary for Maine and America! Processions were a common way to honor the Blessed Mother. We wish to show our children this beautiful way to show devotion and respect to the Blessed Mother whose cooperation with God’s Plan made our salvation possible through her son, Jesus Christ.
Highlights of the Procession and Rosary Rally:

The procession will kick off the St Gregory The Great Rosary Rally that will be held on the front lawn near the main entrance of the property.

We will have Marian-themed, taped music to sing along with on the procession route, stopping at the Grotto for a Memorare.

Light refreshments will be provided after the Rally.
Where to meet:
Those unable to walk in the Procession can meet us at the front lawn of St. Gregory The Great under the tents. (The Procession walk is approximately four tenths of a mile)

About Maine Needs Fatima Ministry

Our Purpose: Our ministry is to increase devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary in indifferent souls throughout Maine and to fulfill the Blessed Mother’s request at Fatima for prayer and conversion so that more souls will reach salvation.
Our vision is to help Mainers grow in their love of God and the Virgin Mary thereby transforming their homes, neighborhoods, and the State into genuinely virtuous and holy places.
Our Mission is to:

Pray the Rosary and encourage others to do the same.

Encourage Consecration to the Blessed Mother.

Pursue the promotion of Catholic principles.

Provide services to charitable organizations with a message that is consistent with Catholic doctrine.
What began as a singular devotion to Our Blessed Mother related to the Fatima apparitions in 2017, has grown in scope and in 2022 became a non-profit corporation. We are blessed to have on our Board of Directors Fr. Steven Cartwright, Deacon Larry Guertin, and Cindy Nickless (founder of The Presence Radio Network).
Our organization assists with public square rosary rallies and processions across the entire state of Maine.

We provide home and business visitations with the Our Lady of Fatima statue – Fun Fact – this statue is only one of 30 in the world - commissioned by America Needs Fatima. It is the very same statue used by Bishop Deeley for the consecration of Russia and Ukraine May 25, 2022. This statue has been in our care since 2017.

Fellow Parishoners and friends,

We invite all to join us as we commemorate the Fatima Apparitions with the Statue of Our Lady of Fatima. This month we are blessed to have Bishop Ruggieri join us on the front lawn of Saint Anne Church as we celebrate the 3rd apparition of Our Blessed Mother in Fatima Portugal 107 years ago. Parents, Kids, Friends, everyone is welcome to participate!

During the 3rd apparition, Our Lady told Lucia, Jacinta, and Francisco : “You have seen Hell, where the souls of poor sinners go… To save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotion to my Immaculate Heart… If what I say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace…”

Are YOU ready to follow Our Lady? 107 years ago, three simple shepherd children made a choice to follow Our Lady for the good of our souls. Will you join us as we publicly pray the Rosary on Saturday July 13th, at 12:00pm on the front lawn of St. Annes Church in Gorham Maine?

Join us on Monday May 1st at the Maine State Capitol in Augusta as we pray for the intercession of our Blessed Mother to change the hearts and minds of our leaders, and open their eyes to the moral and religious implications of proposed legislation should it be passed.

We are gathering outside the State House at 11:30am. Procession and Prayer walk starts promptly at 12pm.
Our Elected leaders need our support. There are a handful of bills up for public comment in Augusta on Monday, May 1st. One of these bills would allow the *urdering of a child right up until the baby is delivered (actually born)! This is not about politics, this is about our moral values regardless of your faith.
In times of great despair and confusion, turning to Jesus Christ - our Lord and Savior – is the BEST way to reach those individuals whose minds and judgement may be clouded. Join us as we pray the rosary and process around the State Capitol with a statue of our Lady of Fatima as we ask for our Blessed Mother’s intervention with our politicians, leaders, and people. Never prayed the rosary? No problem-we’ll show you how!

Capitol Police recommend parking at the Kmart lot and carpooling. Bring a snack, and water.
