We are looking for a pianist and or Organist to play for almost every Sunday services which are at 10 am at Ascension Luthern Church in Goose Lake, Iowa. For the services we pay $50 for an hour of service time. If interested please call 563-577-2234 and leave a message and we will return your call in a few days. Our services are very casual and we are a small open group of people who enjoy music in our service.

Did a w**d run through the Community garden yesterday. The Early Girl tomato had a blossom happening and a cucumber had a blossom too. Thanks to the NE horticulture and FFA class for the starting plants and planting the seeds the garden is on it's way! Radishes, onions, beets, peppers, green beans, carrots and potatoes have all started growing not quite an inch high or taller!

Thank you greatly to Northeast FFA students for helping with community garden to get seeds in the raised beds and potatoes. Next week if it will stay warm enough peppers, cucumbers an 3 different tomatoes but 9 plant will be planted.
