Our Foundery Circuit of the Iowa United Methodist Churches is collecting

disaster relief items and monetary donations for tornado emergencies.

Complete kits or items for kits may be brought to your church on Sunday

April 12, 19, or 26. Checks for monetary donations are to be made out to Midwest Mission. Items will be boxed the following week with delivery to the Midwest Mission site in Jefferson, Iowa on May 4.

Tornado relief items include:

2 pair work gloves

24 1-gallon resealable plastic bags

2 permanent markers

1 roll duct tape (color preferred)

2 dust masks (no surgical masks)

24 heavy duty trash bags (33-45 gallon size)

24 clear or white trash bags (20-33 gallon size)

1 2-gallon resealable plastic bag

$20.00 donation for 2 totes

Manna Center Donations

The Preston Methodist Church is again collecting items for the Preston Manna Center. Branches on the back table have crosses hanging on them with suggestions for donations. Items include toiletries, paper products , cleaning supplies and monetary donations. Anyone can take one or more of the crosses or just make a donation and bring those items to the table at the back of the sanctuary in Preston by Palm Sunday, March 29. Thank you in advance for helping provide for the Manna Center.
