🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day from The Church at Estrella!

Today, we’re grateful for the people who work hard, serve faithfully, care for their families, build our community, and use the gifts God has given them each and every day.

Whether today means a day off, a backyard BBQ, time with family, or another day on the job, we hope you find a little time to rest and remember that even in the busiest seasons, God invites us to find our strength and rest in Him. 🧡💙

We may be in the “dog days of summer,” but today we’re making it ALL about the actual dogs. 🐶☀️

There’s something pretty special about the animals God gives us to love. They become part of our families, greet us like we’ve been gone for three years when it’s really been 20 minutes, and somehow always know when we need a little extra love. ❤️

God, You know what has been feeding us.
Retrain our appetites toward what truly nourishes.
Let Your Word move beyond our ears and into our hearts.
Form us into people who look more like Jesus. Amen.

Choose one meaningful conversation or decision today. Take five quiet minutes, read Ezekiel 3:10, and ask: “What has been feeding me?” Name the loudest voice, then ask God to help you receive His Word in your heart before you speak.

Come back tonight and share one word that describes what you noticed.
