🏔️ MOUNTAINTOP EXPERIENCE 2026: TRUST THE PROCESS
We are excited to announce our upcoming MountainTop Experience for youth ages 12–19, taking place Friday, October 9 through Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Flagg Mountain!
This is more than just a weekend away. We want our young people to step away from the normal routine, spend time together, enjoy the outdoors, and most importantly, spend intentional time seeking God.
📍 REGISTRATION & DEPARTURE
Registration will take place Friday, October 9 from 5:00–5:45 PM at EMERGE Church:

After registration, we will travel together from EMERGE Church to Flagg Mountain.
We will spend Friday and Saturday night on the mountain in the cabins, with a primitive camping experience throughout the weekend.
🍽️ Meals will be provided!
We will have devotion at every meal and a nighttime service both Friday and Saturday night.
🎒 WHAT TO BRING
• Sleeping bag and pillow
• Change of clothes for each day
• Swimming clothes
• Towel and washcloth
• Toothbrush and toothpaste
• Deodorant and other personal hygiene items
• Boots or tennis shoes
• Bible
• Flashlight
• Water bottle
• Bug spray
• Light jacket or sweatshirt
• Any necessary medications
• Fishing pole and tackle if you plan to fish
🎣 FISHING
There will be opportunities to fish during the weekend! Anyone 16 years old or older who plans to fish will need a valid Alabama fishing license.
💊 MEDICATIONS
If your child takes medication, please make sure it is sent with them. Parents or guardians will need to speak with the leaders at registration and provide the proper instructions for correct administration during the weekend.
⛪ SUNDAY MORNING & PICKUP
Sunday morning, we will pack up and demobilize from Flagg Mountain and travel back to EMERGE Church.
Our Sunday morning service begins at 10:30 AM, and everyone attending the MountainTop Experience will join us for service.
Pickup will take place at EMERGE Church following the conclusion of Sunday morning service.
This weekend is called MountainTop Experience: Trust the Process for a reason. Sometimes we become so focused on reaching the destination that we miss what God is doing during the climb. There is purpose in the process.
We are looking forward to a weekend of fellowship, worship, the Word, outdoor adventure, and growing closer to God!
