Come, join us in worship of our Great God on Sunday 6-21 at 10 AM, also the first day of summer (we have AC) and Father’s Day. We are located at 74 Forest Avenue. Come and hear from God as we read from the Scriptures and hear His Word taught to us by Pastor James Roy.

We honor God our Father…

“Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

We ask for His provision…

Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. And, lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

We give Him the honor due His Name…

For Thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever and ever. Amen.“

We usually add the words ‘In Jesus’ Name’ before the amen when we pray, but in this case “it is Jesus speaking”these words as He’s teaching his disciples how to pray in Matthew 6:9-13

For our anthem, we will be singing Glorify the Name and our children will be leading us in “I’ve got the joy, joy, joy, joy down in my heart.”

Our other music will include Lift High the Cross, Take my Life and Let it be Consecrated Lord to Thee, and we will close with Onward Christian Soldiers.

If you can’t join us in person, please visit with us on Facebook or YouTube at our Website www.trinityglencove.org

May God be with you and bless your day with his Presence.

Happy Father’s Day to all.

Trinity Lutheran Glen Cove is a Christian community sharing Jesus’ name and helping others to find their purpose and encounter God’s grace .

Happy 80th birthday Pastor Vic from the old Trinity gang. After church today we went to The Life, Bethpage (formally St. Paul’s, Bethpage) where Pastor Vic served as interim pastor and they had a reception for his 80th birthday after the service. We arrived too late for a picture of the cake. His sister, Carol, and his three daughters were there. God bless and keep you Pastor we love you.

Our beloved Pastor Henry Schriever writes to us. May God’s presence be with him and His mercy and grace fill and comfort him. We love you and pray the summer months are bearable with God’s help. God loves you and so do we all. We look forward to spending eternity with you and our Lord Jesus.

Dearly beloved and patient child of God, It has once again been a long time since you heard from me. I know I have sat down to get this note off to you but I now know even more of your loving patience as I write. Your cards, notes, calls and visits have served more than enough to tell me that...

Our heart-filled thanks to Edith Uhlendorf, our Friday morning Women’s Bible study leader for so many years now, has decided to retire her position in the fall. Besides learning the scriptures, we grew together as sisters in Christ in fellowship. Edith always included a luncheon at the end of each season.
We will miss her wonderful teaching, and the many topics we covered through the years was incredible. May God continue to bless you, Edith, God loves you and so do we! ✝️😘

Nice worship service today at Trinity… Linda and Jacob played Mozart pieces on the violin and viola. Miss Carol did the children’s talk on the fruit of the Spirit while the kids stepped up to parade each individual fruit. Peter read the readings, Pastor Roy preached on Jesus‘s words that the sick need the doctor, better known as sinners…Mark was crucifer that we could show respect and bow as the cross passed down the aisle. thank you all, and God was once again glorified in our worship.
