🎂 Naomi Washington Whitehead is now 115 years old and recognized as the oldest living person in the United States. She was born on September 26, 1910 in Patterson, Georgia during a time when cars were still rare in many communities. Naomi has lived through more than a century of American history including the Great Depression, World War II, the Civil Rights Movement, plus the rise of modern technology and the internet. She was born on a farm in Georgia before later moving north during her lifetime.
Naomi now lives at St. Paul s Senior Living Community in Greenville, Pennsylvania where she remains surrounded by generations of family members. Loved ones say she still enjoys spending time with relatives plus remains in good health at 115 years old. Over the decades she has witnessed historic moments most people only learn about in history books. Her life now stretches across five generations of family plus more than a century of American history.
