Yes, we were at the church tonight, eating hot dogs and ice cream, but where were you? We still have plenty of “good stuff” to give away, and there’s still hot dog chili. So, we’re giving you three more opportunities to go through our stuff.
1. This Saturday, June 20, we’re having a one day Bible School from noon until 3. Our Creation Fun Day is for kids from 2 yrs to 8 yrs. If you are bringing your child/children to Bible School, come in and take a look through our giveaway. We have Tupperware, glasses, jigsaw puzzles, books, a king comforter, pots and pans and lots of other “used but useable” items.
2. On Sunday, June 21, we will have Sunday School at 10 a.m., worship at 11 a.m. Sunday’s message is about Joseph and his family - “When Good Things Happen to Bad People”. Our giveaway items will still be there.
3. Final chance - On Thursday, June 25, at 5 p.m. we’ll serve up more hot dogs, we’ll have ice cream sundaes. At 6 p.m. our pastor will give a presentation on “The Three Legal Documents Every Adult Should Have”. She will be explaining wills, medical powers of attorney, and springing durable powers of attorney. We will have medical power forms and a Notary Public on site, so that you can complete and sign a MPA if you choose to do so.
