Thank you to Tony & Leah for sharing their testimony and allowing God to use their story to encourage others. Your honesty and vulnerability reminded us that healing doesn’t come from building our lives on emotions, hurt, fear, or the need to stay in control—it comes from building on the solid foundation of Christ.

One of the biggest takeaways was this simple but powerful question:

What foundation are you building on?

When we build on resentment, bitterness, pride, or pain, those things eventually begin to shape every relationship we have. But when our foundation is Jesus, He gives us the strength to do what feels impossible: release the debt, let go of the need to control the outcome, and trust God with justice.

Forgiveness doesn’t mean what happened was okay. It doesn’t mean trust is instantly restored or every relationship goes back to the way it was. It means placing judgment and vengeance into God’s hands and allowing Him to begin the work of healing.

Thank you, Tony & Leah, for reminding us that freedom is found when we surrender our hurts to Christ. We know your testimony will continue to impact lives long after today.

VBS is coming to Intersection Church, and we do things a little differently around here!

We don’t just tell kids Bible stories—we help them step right into them! Through hands-on activities, immersive experiences, crazy games, creative challenges, and unforgettable moments, kids will discover that the Bible isn’t just a book of stories—it’s God’s story, and they’re part of it too!

What a powerful Sunday!

A big thank you to our friend Rodney Gipson for joining us and sharing his testimony with our church family this past Sunday.

His honesty and faith reminded us of God’s faithfulness in every season and that He is still working, still healing, and still writing stories of redemption.

We’ve already seen the impact of his story within our congregation—encouraging conversations, strengthened faith, and touched hearts.

Thank you, Rodney, for investing in our church and allowing God to use your story to encourage others. We are grateful for you and reminded that what God begins, He is faithful to complete.

What a Sunday! 🙌

Yesterday was one of those days that reminds us just how good God is.

We celebrated 11 baptisms as people publicly declared their faith and took their next step with Jesus. There is nothing more exciting than seeing lives transformed!

We also had the privilege of praying over five incredible young ladies as they head to Nationals for Fine Arts to perform their hip hop worship routine. We are so proud of their hard work, dedication, and hearts to use their gifts to glorify God.

Join us in celebrating all that God is doing and praying for safe travels, confidence, and favor as these young women represent our church on the national stage!

This week is Celebration Sunday and we can’t wait to worship with you ❤️

Join us at 11AM as we celebrate baptisms, family dedications, and all God is doing in our church family. After service we’ll gather together for a potluck lunch full of good food and even better community.

Bring a dish to share — or just bring yourself and enjoy a meal with us. There’s a seat for you at the table 🫶

There’s something beautiful about watching children worship with their whole hearts 🤍

Worship isn’t just a concert we watch — it’s an act of devotion and a response to who God is. Whether it’s singing, lifted hands, dancing, prayer, or simply being present, worship calls us to engage fully.

Join us for another Intersection Parents Night Out fundraiser as we help our Fine Arts students raise money to head to nationals!

Kids ages 4–12 will enjoy pizza, snacks, games, and activities while parents enjoy a night off.

The heart of the early Church was never about sitting on the sidelines—it was about people coming together, serving one another, and boldly sharing the love of Jesus. After Jesus sent the Holy Spirit, ordinary people were empowered to do extraordinary things for the Kingdom.

The same Spirit is still moving today. When each of us is willing to serve, the Church becomes exactly what God intended it to be.
