Is Christianity dying in America?

Many headlines, statistics, and cultural trends seem to suggest that the Christian faith is in decline. But what if the story is much bigger than that?

In my newest article, I explore why I do not believe Christianity is dying in America. Instead, I believe God is reshaping His Church, raising up new voices, new leaders, new communities, and new mission movements for a new generation.

Throughout history, God has often worked through seasons of change, disruption, and renewal. What some see as decline may actually be the beginning of a fresh move of God.

🎯A quiet crisis is unfolding across Massachusetts🇺🇸

Behind every statistic is a child, a story, and a future.

🎯Consider these realities:

• 32% of Massachusetts children live in single-parent families.
• In four of the Commonwealth’s ten largest cities, most children are being raised in single-parent households.
• Children from fatherless homes are 7 times more likely to live in poverty.
• Students who do not live with both parents are nearly 60% more likely to repeat a grade.
• Children in single-parent homes are more than 10 times as likely to witness violence in their own households.
• Young women from fatherless families are 5 times more likely to become pregnant as teenagers.
• Families where the mother has never married are nearly 2.5 times more likely to depend on food assistance.

These statistics are not meant to condemn anyone. Many single parents are doing a heroic job under difficult circumstances. Rather, they remind us of a truth that research, experience, and Scripture consistently affirm: children thrive when surrounded by stable, loving, and committed families.

🎯The answer is not judgment. The answer is support.

The Church has a unique opportunity to step into this moment—to strengthen marriages, encourage fathers, support single mothers, mentor young people, and create communities where every child is known, loved, and given hope.

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒Strong families build strong communities. Strong communities build a strong future.

🙏Let’s pray, serve, mentor, and invest in the next generation. The future of Massachusetts may depend on it.

✨ Special Women’s Program at the Reverse Mission Conference 2026! ✨

We are excited to announce that this year we will have a special program dedicated to women during the Reverse Mission Conference 2026! It will be a time of inspiration, fellowship, encouragement, and equipping for women who desire to serve God and fulfill His purpose among the nations.

🌍 REVERSE MISSION CONFERENCE 2026

Join us on October 16–17 in Italy 🇮🇹 for two days of worship, teaching, prayer, and global vision!

We are living in a prophetic moment in which God is raising up missionaries from all nations to reach all nations. The Reverse Mission movement is calling this generation to bring the Gospel back to a secularized world with boldness, compassion, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

In addition to the main sessions and missionary training, we will offer special gatherings for women, focusing on leadership, discipleship, family, ministry, and the vital role of women in God’s global mission.

🎯Hi Everyone! Thank you to all the volunteers who got together last night for our VBS. I think we have a great team and look forward to how this year’s VBS will unfold. God is good and He has a great plan!

Our next VBS Volunteer meeting will be Wednesday June 24th at the church @ 7:30pm🕢 Doug and Liz will be doing a training on the topic of making our VBS welcoming and inclusive for kids of all abilities. This training is intended for all volunteers who will be helping at VBS, not just those assigned as a special needs buddy.
