What began as a project to give Gary a safe place to sit and enjoy the view he once worked so hard on, became something even more meaningful. ❤️
Members of our church and community came together to build this deck for Gary and Martha Ann. Sadly, Gary went home to be with the Lord before the project was finished. While he never got the chance to sit on the completed deck, we’re grateful we could finish it for Martha Ann and love their family in a very practical way.
This is what it looks like to be the hands and feet of Jesus—showing up, working together, and caring for our neighbors when they need it most.
We’re thankful for every person who gave their time, talents, and resources to make this possible. Gary’s view is much better now, but we hope Martha Ann feels a little bit of his love, and ours, every time she steps outside. ❤️
