Come Walk in the Footsteps of the Wesleys!
Have you ever wondered where John and Charles Wesley walked, preached, studied, and dreamed about what would become the Methodist movement?
In 2027, Myers Memorial is planning a Wesley Heritage Pilgrimage to the United Kingdom, and we would love for you to consider joining us!
We’ll visit places connected to the Wesley family and the beginnings of Methodism, including Epworth, Oxford, Bristol, and London, along with additional stops we are still exploring. Along the way, we’ll learn more about the Wesley family, the places that shaped them, and the movement that grew from their ministry and continues to shape our church today.
This will be more than a sightseeing trip. It will be an opportunity to walk where our Methodist ancestors walked, learn together, worship together, and experience the story of our faith in a whole new way.
We need at least 25 people interested in going to move forward with planning, so if this sounds like something you might enjoy, please take a few minutes to complete our interest survey. And please share the survey with friends and family who might want to come along!
We’re just beginning to make plans, but we hope you’ll join us for this special journey. Let us know your interest in participating!
