“Healing begins when somebody finally feels safe enough to tell the truth.”

That line from Week 1 of *Summer Jams: Disney Karaoke* stayed with us.

Because healing isn’t usually about having the perfect words or getting everything figured out. Sometimes it starts in a much quieter place. Real healing often begins when honesty finally feels safer than silence.

Thank you, Zach Mayo-Frey, for a meaningful start to the series. 🎤☀️

🎤☀️ SUMMER JAMS: DISNEY KARAOKE kicks off tomorrow at Meizon! ☀️🎤

We’re bringing the music, the nostalgia, the feels… and yes, the karaoke. This Sunday, Zach Mayo-Frey launches the series with *“We Don’t Talk About Bruno.”* 👀🎶

Come ready to sing your hearts out, laugh a little, reflect deeply, and maybe discover that these songs have more to say about life, faith, and being human than we realized.

Whether you know every word by heart or just show up for the vibes, you belong here.

See you Sunday. And… no, no, no… we’re definitely talking about Bruno. 😉

To every veteran, every military family, every person carrying grief today; we see you, and we're grateful.

Memorial Day is a day to remember those who laid down their lives for something they believed was worth dying for. We honor that. We hold it carefully.

And we hold alongside it the hope that has always been at the heart of our faith. That one day, war will be the old story and not the only one.

Remembering with you today.

Just a reminder that tomorrow is a Sabbath Sunday at Meizon.

That means no in-person gathering this week. We’re taking intentional space to rest, breathe, be present with the people we love, and practice something many of us struggle to give ourselves permission to do… slow down.

There will be a short teaching available on our YouTube page tomorrow at 10:30 am eastern.

Wherever you find yourself this weekend, we hope you find a little rest, a little peace, and a reminder that your worth was never tied to your productivity.

Last night was special.

Huge thanks to and for filling our space with incredible music, stories, honesty, laughter, and the kind of connection that reminds us why nights like this matter.

We love getting to open our doors for art, conversation, community, and moments that bring people together in ways that feel human and real.

Thanks to everyone who came out, supported live music, and helped make it such a good night. More of this, please. ❤️

What does lasting hope look like in action?

For Mescal’s Kids, it looks like education, safe care for children, community support, and investing in futures in Kenya that might otherwise be out of reach.

We’re grateful to partner with organizations doing meaningful, grounded work around the world and Mescal’s Kids is one of them.

Their story is worth exploring.

Worship is bigger than singing.
Bigger than a Sunday morning.
Bigger than a playlist or a moment.

Yesterday, Pastor Miranda reminded us that worship is a whole self response to God in and around us. What we pay attention to shapes us. What we love forms us. What we return to again and again becomes our liturgy.

The question isn’t if we worship. It’s what is shaping our hearts, our habits, our relationships, and our lives. What you love becomes your liturgy.
