Access Church Fresno

Access Church Fresno Access Church (formerly Northeast Assembly) is a vibrant, welcoming church in Fresno, California. Sunday Experience is 10:30AM

We exist to help people find their People, Place, and Purpose as they follow Jesus. In 1956, Pastors Tommy and Lola Fuller stepped out in simple but bold faith, planting a church on the northeast side of Fresno. With little more than a handful of people, a deep conviction in their hearts, and a passion for the gospel, Northeast Assembly of God was born. What started as a humble gathering quickly b

ecame a Spirit-filled community—marked by prayer, worship, and a desire to see lives transformed by Jesus. Through the decades, the church grew—one soul, one family, one generation at a time. God’s faithfulness was evident at every turn. The church became a place where countless lives have been impacted with the one thing that can change a person's life more than anything else, the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Now, after nearly seventy years of ministry, that same spirit of faith still drives us forward. Today, we are known as Access Church—a name that reflects our vision to help people find their people, place, and purpose as they follow Jesus. While our name has changed, our mission remains the same: to be a Spirit-filled church that connects people to God and to each other. From a small beginning to a growing, vibrant family of faith, the story of this church has always been written by the hand of God. And we believe the best chapters are still ahead.

Two teams. Two continents. One mission. 🌍

Right now, our teams are serving in Africa and Mexico, sharing the love of Jesus and making a difference one conversation, one prayer, and one act of service at a time.

While one team is a week into their journey and another is just getting started, we’re reminded that God is moving across the world in powerful ways.
Join us in praying for both teams as they continue to serve, love, and point people to Jesus. ❤️

Every idol overpromises and underdelivers, but Jesus never does.

When we surrender the things competing for God’s place in our hearts, we find the life, freedom, and peace only He can give.
What is one thing you need to surrender back to God today?

An idol will always promise satisfaction, but it can never truly satisfy.

The things we chase for fulfillment will eventually leave us empty, but Jesus never will. If your soul feels restless, maybe it’s time to turn back to the One who can truly satisfy.

Every kid thinks their dad is a superhero.

Maybe not because he can fly or shoot lasers out of his eyes... but because he’s the one who shows up, protects, provides, encourages, and loves through every season. This Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the everyday heroes who make a difference in the lives of their families.

Join us at Access Church on June 21 at 10:30 AM for a special Father’s Day experience for the whole family.

What’s setting the rhythm of your life right now?

Sometimes the things demanding our attention can slowly take the place of what matters most. Before we know it, our schedules, priorities, and pursuits are leading us instead of God.

This Sunday at Access Church, join us for Week 2 of Finding the Rhythm as we discover how to put God back on His rightful throne and live in step with Him again.

See you Sunday at 10:30am

A simple smile. A warm welcome. An open door.

What may feel small to you can make a huge impact on someone’s Sunday. Whether it’s greeting at the door, serving behind a camera, running tech, leading worship, or helping create an incredible experience, every role matters.

Together, our Door Holders help create a place where people feel seen, valued, and at home.

Sometimes when God cuts something away, it’s not punishment; it’s preparation.

A branch that stays connected to the vine gets pruned so it can produce even more fruit. If God is removing something from your life, don’t assume it’s a setback. It may be His way of getting you ready for what’s next.

Stay connected. Trust the process. The pruning has a purpose.
