Special Thanksgiving Service
On the night of December 31, 2025, the Houses of Prayer of the church "La Luz del Mundo" were dressed in celebration and devotion, filled with believers and visitors united in one spirit. In the city of Fresno, the joy was vibrant; the complex located on Cedar Avenue opened its doors wide to welcome a multitude that, with hearts overflowing with gratitude, filled every available space.
A distinctive feature of this celebration was its bicultural and bilingual reach. To ensure the message of faith reached all attendees clearly, the service was held simultaneously in two languages: Spanish and English, utilizing the two temples located on the property. This organization allowed both the younger generations and the elders of the community to participate fully in the same spiritual essence in their preferred language.
It was an evening of profound recognition for the blessings received. Amid hymns of praise and prayers of thanksgiving, the community joyfully bid farewell to the year 2025. With eyes set on the horizon and renewed faith, they welcomed the new year 2026, embracing with joy the apostolic promise of prosperity, certain that this cycle will bring countless blessings for all.
The crowning moment of the night arrived at 11:00 p.m. with the reading—in both languages— of the letter from the Apostle of Jesus Christ, Naasón Joaquín García. His words, filled with love and care, were a balm of blessing and spiritual strength that ignited the hearts of those present in both sanctuaries.
Upon the conclusion of the ceremony, the grounds were flooded with fraternity; through sincere embraces and smiles of hope, the congregation wished one another a year of material success and, above all, abundant spiritual triumphs.
