We live in a world where we value truths that seem obvious—things we can discover through reason, observation, and human experience. But the Bible reveals truths that often surprise us and challenge what we naturally expect.

We discover that humanity is deeply sinful.
We learn that salvation isn’t something we can earn.

And most astonishing of all, we hear that God gives forgiveness and eternal life through the suffering and death of Jesus Christ.

These aren’t truths we discover on our own. They are truths revealed by God—truths that point us to His grace, His mercy, and His saving work in Christ.

Join us this Sunday as we begin our new worship series, “Self-Evident.” Come discover the surprising truths of Scripture and the good news of a Savior who does for us what we could never do for ourselves.

Help us give a warm welcome to Vicar Kostia and his wife, Abby! 🎉

They arrived last week in Fredericksburg and will be joining us at The Way for the next year as Kostia serves his vicar year. We were especially blessed to hear him preach for the first time this morning!

As we welcome Kostia and Abby, we’re also incredibly grateful for Vicar Ezra and Amelia and the many ways they served, encouraged, and became part of our church family during their year with us.

We thank God for the people He brings into our church family and look forward to the year ahead. Welcome to The Way, Kostia and Abby! 💙

The Gospel cannot be stopped.

This week in our On Mission Mission FXBG Bible Study through Acts, we’re seeing a powerful truth: Nothing can s***f out the flame of the Gospel.

The early church faced pressure from every direction—external persecution, internal struggles, fear, insecurity—and yet “day after day… they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah.” (Acts 5:42)
