Reminder: The Harvest of Hope Turkey Distribution is TOMORROW

The City of Frederick’s Frederick Housing and Human Services, in partnership with Wegmans and Spanish Speaking Community of Maryland, Inc. Frederick Location, is hosting the annual Harvest of Hope Festival & Turkey Distribution TOMORROW, November 19, from 11 AM – 4 PM at Nymeo Field at Harry Grove Stadium. The food distribution is rain or shine!

This community event provides free Thanksgiving meals, including turkeys and side dishes, to Frederick County residents in need. See important details to know before you go:

🦃 Turkeys are first-come, first-served
🪪 Please bring proof of Frederick County residency
♿ A handicap drive-through option will be available

In addition to meal distribution, a variety of service providers will be on-site offering:

✔️ Flu shots and health screenings
✔️ Outreach from local nonprofits & community-focused organizations
✔️Additional item giveaways

Attendees can also enjoy music and raffles!
