CHRIST UMC’S 6th ANNUAL HOLY SMOKE BBQ & TAILGATE IS OCTOBER 3!

Join us Saturday, October 3, from 4–7pm for an evening of BBQ, music, football, lawn games, inflatables, and good old-fashioned fellowship. Dinner will be served at 5 PM. Bring a chair, bring a friend, and bring on some hopefully cool weather! Event will be rain or shine.

Holy Smoke is always free, but this year we’re asking everyone who can to contribute A CAN OF CHICKEN OR TUNA for the GRACEWORKS FOOD PANTRY.

WE ARE ALSO IN NEED OF VOLUNTEERS TO:
• Set up tables, tents, activities, and decorations before the event
• Help monitor the bounce houses and keep an eye on the kids
• Help run food and serve dinner
• Assist with breakdown down everything outside after the event
• Help with kitchen cleanup
• Bake and bring a dessert to share
• We’re also looking for people who can loan us tents, outdoor games (especially co****le!), and a trailer.
