A healthy community begins with healthy people. When we take care of our health, we strengthen our families, improve our quality of life, and help build a stronger, more vibrant community for everyone.

Join us today at 1:00 PM in the Saint Peter AME Church Fellowship Hall as we begin the Living 4 Wellness Program, a six-week wellness education series focused on nutrition, physical activity, healthy habits, meal planning, and mindfulness.

This program is designed to provide practical information, encouragement, and accountability to help participants make small, sustainable lifestyle changes that can lead to long-term health benefits.
