Cupid Shuffle is THIS SATURDAY - February 7, 2026

Fort Gibson First United Methodist Church is hosting its annual Cupid Shuffle 5k and Fun Run tomorrow, February 8. Streets along the route will be temporarily closed for the run in order to protect the participants. Streets will be closed from approximately 1:45 - 3:00 in the following locations: N. Garrison Ave from E. Blackjack to E. Irving St and along the south border of the Fort to Lee; N. Lee St. from E. Ash Ave to E. Hickory Ave. Please avoid the area between the scheduled times.

❤️87 meals were served last night
❤️6 dogs enjoyed a warm crate
❤️23 coats given to those in need
❤️As of 6 am this morning, we've received 4 calls for coats, blankets, and meals

One guest said, "My back has been hurting so bad from sleeping on the concrete. I'm grateful that you opened your doors, so I can sleep on a cot and have a warm meal. Being here and having meals with people makes me happy."
