During this Easter season, we have been reminded again and again that resurrection is not only something we remember — it is something we live.

At Forest Grove United Methodist Church, we recently celebrated the baptisms of Rafe and Elijah, the reaffirmation of baptism for Robbie, and the joy of all three joining the church family.

There is something especially powerful about celebrating baptism in Eastertide. These waters tell the story of new life, grace, hope, and belonging. They remind us that love is stronger than fear, that life rises again, and that none of us walks alone.

We are grateful for Rafe, Elijah, and Robbie, and honored to walk alongside them in faith and community.

Alleluia — resurrection continues among us.

Don’t forget diapers for Growing Baby USA!

Hey there, friends - we need your help!

We are about halfway through our diaper drive and are still in need of donations (pictured is what we currently have).

Now through May 29, we are collecting new diapers of any size, material or quantity.* Items can be dropped off here at the FGPD station (2102 Pacific Avenue, next to the library) during business hours M-F from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

We know those hours are limited, but drop me a line over Messenger and we can figure something out.

All donations will go to Growing Baby USA here in Forest Grove.

*Loose items are accepted as long as they are new; wipes, training pants, and products for adults are also welcome.
