During this Easter season, we have been reminded again and again that resurrection is not only something we remember — it is something we live.

At Forest Grove United Methodist Church, we recently celebrated the baptisms of Rafe and Elijah, the reaffirmation of baptism for Robbie, and the joy of all three joining the church family.

There is something especially powerful about celebrating baptism in Eastertide. These waters tell the story of new life, grace, hope, and belonging. They remind us that love is stronger than fear, that life rises again, and that none of us walks alone.

We are grateful for Rafe, Elijah, and Robbie, and honored to walk alongside them in faith and community.

Alleluia — resurrection continues among us.
