The upcoming weekend is Memorial Day weekend, but it's also the Lord's Day weekend.
We will continue our Mental Health study this week as we learn about destructive patterns of thought. That might not immediately sound like a Biblical matter, but it is 100% a biblical matter. It is the difference between believing the truth that your Heavenly Father declares over you vs. the lies that the Accuser speaks about you.
We will understand that our identity is rooted in Christ. We will touch on some points that may hit close to home like body image, lust, and fear, just to name a few.
Everyone is shaped by something. What is shaping your mind?
