Trials and adversity are gauranteed. It's through our relationship with Christ that we can confidently walk through each situation.

Sometimes the fire is not a sign that God has left you.
Sometimes the fire is where His presence becomes most visible.

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were thrown into the furnace because they refused to bow to anything other than God. The fire was real. The danger was real. The pressure was real. But they were not alone.

Nebuchadnezzar looked into the furnace and said, “Didn’t we tie up three men and throw them into the furnace? … Look! I see four men, unbound, walking around in the fire unharmed.”

The miracle was not that they avoided the fire.
The miracle was that God was with them in it.

So often we pray, “God, keep me from the fire.” But sometimes God’s answer is, “I will meet you there.”

Whatever your fire looks like today — anxiety, health issues, financial stress, family conflict, grief, fear, temptation, uncertainty — you are not walking through it alone.

God has not forgotten you.
God has not abandoned you.
God has not stepped away from your story.
His presence is with you in the fire.

And sometimes the very place you thought would destroy you becomes the place where others see God most clearly.

“God, what do You want me to know?”
“God, what do You want me to do?”

Take a step of faith today. Trust Him in the flames.

When you go through the fires of life, God is with you. You don't have to do it alone. You can be surrounded with the peace of God and a biblical community.

Spiritual strength is built through daily consistency.

It’s not only the big conference moment.
It’s not only the powerful worship service.
It’s not only the emotional breakthrough.

It’s the daily choice to seek God.
Read the Word.
Pray.
Worship.
Gather with God’s people.
Stay close to Jesus.

Consistency builds conviction.

One of the most powerful lessons from Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego is this:

Their conviction was settled before the fire.

They did not wait until they were standing in front of the furnace to decide what they believed. They had already chosen who they would trust.
That matters for us too.

When life is calm, it is easy to assume we will stand strong when trouble comes. But if we are not building our faith in the ordinary days, it becomes much harder to stand in the difficult ones.
Faith is built in the daily rhythms. The quiet prayers. The simple obedience. The moments in Scripture. The worship when no one is watching. The choice to keep showing up. The decision to trust God one day at a time.

Spiritual strength is not usually built in one emotional moment. It is built through consistency. And then, when pressure hits, we are not scrambling to figure out what we believe. We are standing on what has already been rooted in us.

So here is a simple question:
What are you building your life on today?

You do not have to have it all figured out. Start small. Pray for five minutes. Read one passage. Talk to God honestly. Ask Him to help you trust Him.
Small daily steps with God can build deep strength over time.
When the heat turns up, what you’ve built in private will show up in public.

Choose today to stay close to God.

Life will bring pressure. Trials will come. The heat will turn up.

But God’s promise still stands.

The fire may test you, but it does not get the final word.

God is with you in the deep waters.
God is with you in the rivers of difficulty.
God is with you in the fire.

During yesterday's service we had the privilege of thanking the Walls family for their faithful leadership and obedience to God's will.

The Well is a community that is incredibly blessed to have Doug and Brittni as our pastors.
