Isaiah 40:31 but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

This is my mom's life verse (Robin Hartenstein Fennig).

My sister Crystal just read it to her, and then mom spoke!

"Amen." (which in English means, 'let it be so' or 'yes, God')

Perhaps the best first word to speak after one of the hardest weeks of her life!

Thank you all so much for your prayers for my sweet spunky mama Robin! ⭐️I’m requesting specific and intense prayer for Mom’s speech and ability to swallow.⭐️Praise that Mom is improving daily in every way! ❤️—Nicole

Tuesday morning: Answered prayers! Her numbers continue to improve. She is more alert, responds more quickly to commands, and has more strength in her grip. Her eyes are tracking better. She will get physical and speech consults/therapy today AND they are moving her to the neuro stepdown unit this afternoon!

My mom, Robin, had a massive stroke this morning and was life flighted to Sacred Heart. We don’t know if there’s anything they can do, but we know we can pray! So please pray and please feel free to tell anybody you know to get them praying for her too.
