Our mission is to provide biblical advice and guidance to individuals by facilitating activities and services to assist them with living out God’s purpose for their lives. We provide Biblical advice and guidance by facilitating activities that will promote spiritual, emotional, and economic empowerment. We provide solutions to coping with personal life crises by forming partnerships with relevant
social services agencies and other faith-based organizations. SHIFT Ministries is run by the president and pastor, Elder Synita Capler, who started this ministry in 2010. Elder Capler's call to this ministry causes her to focus on prayer, praise and worship, evangelism and outreach, life coaching, and mental health. She believes that the Word of God is able to address the "dis-eases" of the human body, spirit, and soul (emotions, intellect, human will). She also believes that God uses people to do his handiwork. She is dedicated to being God's hands, ears, eyes, feet, and loving arms that are extended to help others get to know the Blessed Trinity--God the Father, God the Son (Jesus), and God the Holy Ghost.
