Wonderful news. After 28 days in hospital and 2 reconstructive surgeries, my sister, B.J. is home. Thank you for all the prayers. Please continue to pray for her.

Update on B.J.
Dr. did another echocardiogram and the pumping action of her heart was better. Cardiologist is still keeping an eye on it. They are going to refer her to a cardiologist in Florence. Her trach was also removed today.

BJ has been moved to the ICU step down hall. She also has a new trach allowing for speech yet still assisting with breathing. The cardiologist will visit tomorrow. Keep the prayers flowing.

BJ had a good day. Sitting in chair for several hours. The trach placement was successful and she is breathing on her own.
They still have her on medication for heart rate and gave her albumin for her low blood pressure. Her cardiac ejection fraction is low. This means her heart is not squeezing hard enough to eject the full amount of blood from her heart chambers.
Dr this morning said her lab work was fine. WBC count was normal so antibiotics are working. Dr. Also said the tachycardia and lbp are all related to the stress her body has been through plus all the on again off again meds. Her heart is telling everyone to leave it alone. When released from ICU, the cardiologist will start working on the heart issues unless the issues resolve by themselves. Please keep the prayers going as she still has a long way to go. Keep Ricky, his mother and my Mom in your prayers.
