The Elk River Region FCA includes the following counties: Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Lincoln, and Moore. FCA has seen a need to hire an area director to serve these five counties in southern middle TN. The area director will be in charge of developing teams of volunteers that will serve coaches and athletes with the gospel of Jesus Christ. With a strategic approach, the area director will begin by
developing his "Home Team." The "Home Team" is a group of people that commit to prayerfully and financially support the local ministry of FCA through monthly or annual giving. Next, we will be developing teams of volunteers to help with the hands on aspects of the ministry.
