Elk River FCA

Elk River FCA Fellowship of Christian Athletes has developed a new region in TN called the Elk River Region. Our contact info is on this page.

The Elk River Region FCA includes the following counties: Coffee, Franklin, Grundy, Lincoln, and Moore. FCA has seen a need to hire an area director to serve these five counties in southern middle TN. The area director will be in charge of developing teams of volunteers that will serve coaches and athletes with the gospel of Jesus Christ. With a strategic approach, the area director will begin by

developing his "Home Team." The "Home Team" is a group of people that commit to prayerfully and financially support the local ministry of FCA through monthly or annual giving. Next, we will be developing teams of volunteers to help with the hands on aspects of the ministry. If you would like to be a "Home Team" member or would like more information about becoming a volunteer please contact Bruce Gifford by phone or email.

It is awesome seeing our Elk River FCA Athletes loving like Jesus! Last night these three young ladies from Tullahoma Lady Cats Basketball stepped off the court and into service by serving at a Senior Adult Event hosted by our friends at Grace Baptists Church! What an amazing day of getting to be a part of community ministry!
First we got to participate in the 2026 Blue Ribbon Walk for Junior’s House Child Advocacy ! What an amazing opportunity to see the hands and feet of Jesus working in the community.
Then we were blessed with opportunity to join in the National Day of Prayer, praying for our Students, Schools, and Administrators! Today’s Challenge!
Pick a School, a Student, and an Administrator and put their name on a post it and pray for them daily! Prayer changes things!

What an amazing morning at Unity FCA! A huge thank you to Mr. John and Mrs. Cathy Gooch for providing biscuits and snacks this morning.. Then we had a great message from Adelynn about putting God first! We put a lot of time and emphasis on the sport we play, but when we put HIM first things always work out better! Adelynn also talked about Prayer! Prayer is simply talking to Jesus! He wants to be apart of every part of your life! Just talk to HIM about it… Awesome Message today Adelynn!

Ms. Kelli shared a great talk about staying connected to Jesus! We live in a Bluetooth headphone world…. You headphones can get staticky or even lose connection all together if they get away from your phone…. God is always there for Us! He never moves! A huge thank you to Experience Community Church for Coming to Sewanee FCA Monday night. Jord’n and Pastor Joe brought some amazing pizza and then Jord’n shared and a great message from Romans 12. Maggie Barker presented the graduating seniors with some cool FCA Stoles! Shay, Maggie, Natalie, Ryan, and Tate we will miss you, but God has great plans for you!
