Regular service times and locations are back!

Please make plans to join us tomorrow as we begin a brand new sermon series, "Return of the King". Service times are 7:40am, 9:20am, and 11am at Bridge. We have a remote service at Wilson Memorial High School at 9:20am on Sunday mornings. We offer Wednesday night service at 6:30pm at Bridge. All services are identical. We hope to see you there!

(Childcare is not provided at the Wilson service.)

WOMEN'S MINISTRY - Pray at the Homestead

Seven women from Bridge headed to The Homestead for a long weekend retreat. From Lara Hoke: "This women’s retreat was centered around one powerful purpose: praying for our adult children—and what a privilege it was to lift them before the Lord together.

There were beautiful times of sharing, sacred times of scripture-filled intercessory prayer, and quiet moments alone with the Lord surrounded by the beauty and peace of the Homestead. There were tears—yes, plenty of them—but there was also so much laughter, joy, and encouragement.

We came together as women and mothers - each carrying our own stories and concerns for the children we love so deeply. We left encouraged and committed to pray for one another, our adult children and their families. We were powerfully reminded that we can entrust our children to the One who loves them even more than we do."

MEN'S MINISTRY - Chesapeake Bay Fishing Charter Weekend

Eight men traveled to the Chesapeake Bay for a weekend full of fellowship and fishing. From Ron Jacobs: "We had a great trip with 5 of our 8 guys going on a trip for the first time. We had a great mix of guys of all ages. We had wonderful devotions and great discussions. It’s amazing how one person’s testimony would give the next person the courage to open up. This was my fifth trip and each trip has been awesome! You not only meet new people but walk away learning something new from each one."

We are praying for the kids, staff and families of those involved with the incident that took place at Westwood Elementary today. We are asking Jesus to meet each need of every individual.

We also want to provide a space this evening from 5-7 pm at the Common Ground (15 Angela Ct, Fishersville) to process and pray for our schools or any concern you are experiencing as a result of today's incident.

Moving forward, please know the Bridge staff and leaders are available to support you and your family, as well as to offer resources to help if needs arise.

OUTREACH

Join Isaiah 61 Ministries for A Su***de Safer Community: Awareness, Care & Resources, a compassionate seminar designed to help our community recognize and respond to thoughts of su***de while providing care, hope, and resources for those impacted by su***de loss.

The seminar will be held at Bridge Christian Church, 1275 Goose Creek Road, Fishersville with doors opening at 8:30 a.m. for coffee and a light breakfast, with the seminar beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Our seminar speaker is Annette Williams, M.Ed., trained in su***de prevention/intervention/postvention; trains educators in safeTALK, ASSIST and Postvention Su***de Response; and Certified Bereavement Group Facilitator.

The breakfast, seminar, and all materials are provided free of charge.

“A Su***de Safer Community: Awareness, Care & Resources” is a collaborative effort of Bridge Christian Church and Isaiah 61 Ministries, funded in part by the Augusta Health Community Partnership.

We hope you'll join us for this meaningful opportunity to learn, connect, and help build a su***de safer community.

We have space for 75 participants. Registration ends Monday, September 14.

All Sunday services will be held at Wilson Memorial High School tomorrow. Wednesday Night Church will resume on September 2 at Bridge.
