β€œBe strong and courageous.” πŸ’š
At the Prince of Peace Center, we know that life can sometimes feel overwhelming. But even in the difficult moments, we are reminded that we never walk alone. God’s presence, strength, and love go with us wherever we go.
May this message encourage anyone who may be struggling today β€” keep going, keep trusting, and keep believing. ✨
β€œDo not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” β€” Joshua 1:9

At Prince of Peace Center, we are reminded that true fulfillment does not come from material things, but from seeking God, showing compassion, and living with righteousness and love for others. πŸ’§
Each day, we strive to serve with kindness, uplift those in need, and trust that God will provide strength and purpose along the way. May we continue to hunger for what is good, just, and life-giving.
β€œBlessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.” – Matthew 5:6
Wishing you peace, hope, and abundant blessings today. πŸ’™

πŸ† Celebrating Excellence at Sharon Junior High School! πŸ†Today, Chris, Natalie, and Jacob had the privilege of attending the Sharon Junior High School Awards Assembly alongside Bob Ryhal, Board President and Founder of the Q Academy. Together, we were honored to recognize four outstanding students who have demonstrated dedication, growth, leadership, and commitment throughout the school year.
Congratulations to our 2025 Q Academy Award Recipients:

⭐ Attendance Award: Kam'ron Morris
⭐ Leadership Award: Jamir Harrison
⭐ Rising Star Awards: Antonio Howell and Mason Losky
Staff unanimously agreed that each of these students was highly deserving of this recognition. Their hard work, positive attitudes, and perseverance have not gone unnoticed, and we are incredibly proud of their accomplishments.

As we celebrate these students, we also mark the completion of our first school year of the Q Academy. What began as a vision has grown into a meaningful program that is making a difference in the lives of young people.

Summer programming officially begins June 9 and will feature educational groups, engaging activities, and exciting field trips every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the summer.

A special thank you to Sharon City School District for welcoming the Q Academy into your school and for being the first to demonstrate just how powerful, meaningful, and inspiring this program can be. Your partnership has helped create opportunities for students to grow, succeed, and thrive.

Congratulations again to our award recipients, and here's to an exciting summer ahead! πŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸ’™

Peace isn’t always the absence of noise… it’s the presence of something deeper. πŸ•ŠοΈ

At Prince of Peace Center, we strive to create a space where peace can be feltβ€”in conversations, in growth, in understanding, and in simply being there for one another.

In a world that moves fast and feels heavy at times, choose to be a source of calm. Choose to bring peace into every room you walk into.

Let it begin with us. πŸ’›

We have been busy coordinating the needs of those seeking assistance through our NEW Walking with Moms in Need program at Prince of Peace Center! πŸ’•

Pictured is Kasey, our very first mother to receive items from our inventory, alongside Natalie Higbee, Family Supportive Services Director, and Christine Loy, Crisis Intervention Specialist. We are grateful to already see this program making a difference for mothers and babies in our community.

This program has been receiving a great deal of publicity, and that is wonderful news because it means more mothers in need will learn about the support available to them. Through this ministry, we hope to walk alongside mothers by offering encouragement, resources, and practical assistance during pregnancy and early motherhood.

For those wishing to help support this growing program, we have created wish lists through both Walmart and Amazon. Please scan the attached QR code for our Amazon Wish List. Every donation, big or small, helps us continue serving mothers and babies in our area. Thank you for your generosity, prayers, and support. ❀️

To all mothers:
You are seen. You are valued. You are loved.

Pregnant mothers and mothers with a child under the age of one may apply for assistance by contacting Christine at 724-346-5777 ext. 160 during regular business hours. Calls will be returned in the order they are received.
