This branch was incorporated under the not-for-profit corpora-tion laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. The principal goal is to promote the mission, aims and objectives laid down by the Sangha Lord, Acharyadev Shreemat Swami Pranavanandaji Maharaj (1896 – 1941).
