Join the Hozho Center via Zoom for another Winter Story Sharing with Rev. Cornelia Eaton and Mr. Leonard Anthony as they explore the teaching of Four Sacred Words. This teaching will offer guidance as we are deep in winter, a time of reflection, listening, and grounding.
Join us this winter as we gather each month to listen, learn, and reconnect through sacred stories and teachings shared during the cold season. These gatherings will be held via Zoom, and everyone is welcome. The same Zoom link will be used for all sessions throughout the winter.
First Winter Story Sharing Session
🗓 Saturday, January 24th
⏰ 10:00 AM (MST)
We are honored to welcome Leonard Anthony, Diné culture and language educator from Shiprock, New Mexico, who will be our presenter for the entire Winter Story Sharing Series.
This season, Leonard will guide us through the teaching of The Four Sacred Words:
• Adéé'haniih – Remembering yourself when you feel backed into a corner; knowing when to seek help
• Ada'hodilzin – Recognizing your self-worth and value
• Adaa Ahaya – Taking care of yourself
• Adaa'hąąh hasin – Realizing self-assurance
These teachings offer guidance for living in a good way and are especially meaningful during the winter months, a time for reflection, listening, and grounding.
