🎉 What a powerful Sunday at RHC! 🎉

Yesterday, we had the incredible privilege of celebrating several people taking their next step with Jesus through baptism!

Baptism is a public declaration of faith, a testimony of God's grace, and a celebration of new life in Christ. Each story represents a life being transformed by the love and power of Jesus.

As Scripture says:

"We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life." — Romans 6:4

We are so grateful for every person who courageously stepped into the water and shared their faith with our church family. Your obedience inspires us and reminds us that God is still changing lives!

Let's continue to celebrate what God is doing at RHC as we pursue our vision of empowering all people to next steps with Jesus.

Thank you, RHC family, for continuing to live out the love of Jesus through radical generosity!

Because of your willingness to give, serve, and care for others, people in our community are experiencing the tangible love of Christ through practical support and real encouragement.

At RHC, we believe that following Jesus means taking next steps and helping others do the same. One of the ways we do that is by meeting people where they are and demonstrating God's love in meaningful ways.

Thank you for being a church that doesn't just talk about compassion but puts it into action. Your generosity is making a difference, opening doors for ministry, strengthening families, and pointing people toward Jesus.

We celebrate what God is doing through you and look forward to all that He will continue to do as we faithfully love our community together.

"Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:16

We had just realized we were in need of restocking much-needed supplies when Rescue House Church arrived with a packed vehicle of items to bless us with.

We are so thankful for their support and the way God provided exactly what was needed, right when it was needed.

BAPTISM SUNDAY AT RHC 💧

This upcoming Sunday (5/31), we will be celebrating baptisms at RHC!

Baptism is a public declaration of an inward transformation. It is a powerful step of obedience that shows the world you have decided to follow Jesus. In Scripture, we see people continually respond to the love and grace of Jesus through baptism.

If Jesus has changed your life and baptism is your next step, we would love to celebrate and support you as a church family. No matter where you’ve been or how long your journey has been, this could be the moment God is calling you to take that next step of faith.

What a powerful time in God’s presence this morning at RHC 🙌

Worship was was a moment of realignment, faith, and honor to the King of Kings. As we lifted our voices, you could feel hearts shifting from chaos to clarity, from distraction to the presence of God.

Today in Chaos to Clarity, Week 4, we were reminded that prayer doesn’t stop with you, it flows through us. We’re called to intercede, to stand in the gap, and to pray for others just like 1 Timothy 2:1–4 calls us to.

And we’re already seeing God move in incredible ways this year, new households engaging, lives being baptized, and people surrendering to Jesus. This is what it looks like to become “oaks of righteousness” 🌱

We’re just getting started. Front Porch Nights are coming. More lives will be reached. More stories will be written.

Let’s keep leaning in. Let’s keep praying. Let’s keep believing.

What a great Sunday at RHC! God moved powerfully among us, and we were reminded once again that He is active, present, and calling us forward!

This Sunday, we were challenged through the message Love Thy Neighbor to look beyond ourselves and intentionally love the people God has placed right around us. This week, we invite you to pray for your neighborhood. Ask God to open your eyes to see your neighbors the way He does and to show you how to be a light right where you live.

God has a next step for each one of us. What is yours?
