Grade 2 students created an "All About Me" bag where each student filled a bag with items that describe who they are as a person. This was a wonderful way for students to get to know each other's God-given gifts!

Last week, Preschool students worked on practicing for our fire drill. Students coloring a fire drill worksheet. Each student also worked on their fine motor skills with the first letter of their name and some tissue paper. To end the week, Mrs. Furtado discussed with students Our Classroom Promise where they got to sign with their very special handprints.

Grade 7 students created paper airplanes to test if variables in design changed how the plane would fly (or not)! Who would have thought a small change could have a big effect on the flight of an airplane! Great learning experience!

A prayer to Saint Philomena:
O God, who crowned the young
Philomena with the palm of martyrdom,
she chose You above every earthly promise,
and through her intercession countless
favors have been granted to those who
call upon her.
St. Philomena, powerful with God,
intercede for me before the Lord.
Obtain for me the grace I now seek, and
