🍂A Season of Harvest and Thanksgiving

Our sanctuaries are adorned with the beauty of autumn, reminding us of God’s abundant blessings. As the earth brings forth its harvest, may our hearts bear the fruits of faith, gratitude, and generosity.

“The earth has yielded its harvest; God, our God, blesses us.” — Psalm 67:7

May we always give thanks for God’s goodness and share His blessings with others.

Trunk or Treat 2026

10/24/2026

ST. JOSEPH TRUNK OR TREAT – THERE'S STILL TIME TO HOST A TRUNK!

Join us for a spooktacular afternoon of family fun on Sunday, October 25, following the 10:45 AM Mass in the St. Joseph Church parking lot! Families are invited to enjoy Halloween treats, refreshments, and a festive afternoon of community fun as children visit decorated trunks and collect candy.

We are still looking for families and parishioners willing to decorate their trunks and help make this event special for our children! It's a wonderful opportunity to bring our parish community together and create lasting memories. Those hosting a trunk are asked to provide at least four bags of individually wrapped candy.

There's still time to participate! To reserve your parking spot or volunteer to host a trunk, please contact Ana Mello at 508-494-3916. We hope to see you there!

“Cast all your worries upon Him because He cares for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7

Our 9th grade Confirmation students were invited to name the worries, fears, and burdens they’ve been carrying—write them down, and surrender them to God by placing them into the fire.

Fire is one of the most powerful symbols of the Holy Spirit. At Pentecost, the Spirit descended upon the disciples like tongues of fire, filling them with courage, strength, and the grace to go forward in faith. 🔥🕊️

As our students prepare for Confirmation, this simple act was a reminder that they don’t have to carry everything alone. We can place what weighs on us into God’s hands and ask the Holy Spirit to transform our fear into courage, our worry into trust, and our uncertainty into faith.

Come, Holy Spirit. Set our hearts on fire.
